We are based in Heswall, Wirral. If you are local you can arrange to visit our workshop by emailing, messaging through our FB page or calling us.

If you are not local, we will email you an order form (or you can download a PDF below). This, once completed by yourselves, is returned with your garment(s) via recorded mail.

Once your parcel arrives, we will check over every detail of your order, and contact you before any work commences.

We can advise on any aspect of your order so please do not worry, we treat every order personally and with the utmost care and attention.

Each keepsake is very unique and finished to the highest standard, when your keepsake is ready for delivery you will be contacted again.  We can offer a signed for Royal Mail option or courier (costs will be advised at the time).

Then all you have to do is enjoy your beautiful memories!

All teddy bear keepsakes come with a satin neck ribbon as standard, girl bears also include a bow on the ear.
There are options to add a personalised label (including a teddy charm) add a tie, bow tie or polo collar for the boy bears, please see price guide.

Special commissions can be produced, please ask if you need any more information as prices will vary depending on the item required

All keepsakes are finished to a high standard, each one unique in their own way, Specialist fabrics will be charged extra i.e. wedding dresses, chunky knit cardigans etc.

All orders are delivered in personalised, co-ordinated gift wrapping.
